Family Support

CSP supports Surrey/Langley/White Rock/Delta/Ladner adults age 25-99 as they care for children with multiple attachment and trauma issues under an MCFD contract. The program provides one-to-one home consultation, counselling, monthly support groups, behaviour strategies, and education for caregivers, foster parents, and family members.

FYI supports families in Surrey to care for youth with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and other complex needs. Staff helps families to establish enhanced care through counselling, information, parenting strategies, service coordination, advocacy, and education groups. IRP supports families in Surrey who are experiencing a crisis in parent-teen conflict. Referrals come from the Ministry of Children and Family Development (Social Worker, Mental Health Clinician, or Probation Officer). The program provides immediate support from Family Counsellors with flexible schedules to visit families at work, at home, and in the community to support the function of the entire family.
