Inter Regional At-Risk Youth Link (IRAYL)

The IRAYL outreach program provides community outreach across the 4 Skytrain lines throughout the Lower Mainland.
Outreach workers are available to provide support, conversation, and assistance in finding and accessing community resources. Outreach workers will also provide assistance in locating missing or hard to find youth. The IRAYL team also participates in community events to raise awareness of the service and to create community partnerships and build on resources available to youth.

Outreach workers carry backpacks with snacks, hygiene supplies, seasonal offerings such as toques, gloves, hand warmers, bus tickets, condoms, naloxone kits and training if need be.

Yes, our partnership with the Transit Police is to assist them with youth needing help that they come across on the Skytrain. All our services are confidential.
Yes, outreach workers can provide an escort on the Skytrain if needed. Please reach out and a youth worker will make all the arrangements with you.
