GLOW provides pre-employment support and guidance to youth 16-24 years old who are interested in gaining life skills and employment skills through workshops and one-on-one appointments. We support youth who want to work towards finding a job but don’t know where to start. We focus on confidence building, self-discovery through skills assessments and connecting them with other programs or employers within the community.
