Surrey-based youth outreach service that supports youth 13-18 who are street-involved or at risk of street involvement.

Reconnect workers provide street outreach and voluntary 1-1 services to build relationships with youth and connect them to resources. This may include referrals to education, substance use services, housing programs, crisis counselling, and access to sexuality and safe sex supports.

Referrals are accepted from youth, families, teachers, counsellors, etc. Open referral source to youth residing in the Surrey area.

Outreach workers carry backpacks with snacks, hygiene supplies, seasonal offerings such as toques, gloves, hand warmers, bus tickets, condoms, naloxone kits and training if need be.

We will help you to find the right program for you to access services in your home community.

Once you are referred to a worker, they will provide their contact info for both Facebook and Instagram.
