Reconnect is an outreach service that provides support to youth 13-18 who are street-involved or at risk of street involvement and/or homelessness. Reconnect workers offer voluntary outreach focused at building relationships with and connecting youth to resources. These may include referrals to education, substance use services, housing supports, trauma/crisis counselling, sexual health, safety supports, and employment.

Referrals are accepted from youth, families, teachers, counsellors, etc. Open referral source to youth residing in the Surrey area.

Outreach workers carry backpacks with snacks, hygiene supplies, seasonal offerings such as toques, gloves, hand warmers, bus tickets, condoms, naloxone kits and training if need be.
We will help you to find the right program for you to access services in your home community.
Once you are referred to a worker, they will provide their contact info for both Facebook and Instagram.
