PCRS is deeply grateful to the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation (DHCH Foundation) for selecting PCRS as a recipient of the Caring for Our Community Grant Program for the 2025/2026 granting cycle.
On January 15, the DHCH Foundation announced the first recipients of this new grant program, which focuses on funding programs and projects that promote mental well-being and provide important addictions services for youth and adults in the Delta community.
PCRS is honoured to receive $50,000 in support of the Delta Youth Hub (DYH). The Delta Youth Hub located in the Noth Delta Recreation Centre is a collaborative initiative led by PCRS that aims to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where youth in Delta can access integrated services that support mental health, well-being, and personal development. This initiative addresses a significant service gap in Delta, where vulnerable youth currently face limited access to mental health and social supports. Through wraparound services delivered in a welcoming and culturally safe environment, the Delta Youth Hub will help reduce crisis intervention needs and strengthen long-term outcomes for youth.
