We provide employment services to job seekers and employers in various communities to help participants prepare for employment, secure and maintain jobs, and gain meaningful work experience. Employment is a key component to quality of life. We believe that every person has the capacity and potential to be successful given the right support.

This youth employment service supports Vancouver and Surrey at-risk youth aged 16-30 to achieve employment. In partnership with Starbucks and BladeRunners, the program provides life skills guidance, employment skills coaching, training certifications, and work experience in preparation for employment and increased health and well-being. The program provides eight weeks of training, certifications, mentorship, work experience with experts in the field, and job search support.
