This Way ONward

Lower Mainland

This Way ONward is an employment program that helps youth enter the workforce with Old Navy. Participants join weekly virtual workshops that cover life and employment skills such as Time Management and Organization, Communication and Conflict Resolution, and Employment Readiness and Job Maintenance in preparation to their transition to employment. Once hired, participants will be provided with on-going job coaching.

    * Availability represents time slots that participants can be scheduled for shifts, not the number of hours expected to work.

    No – This program focuses on a successful start to work and maintaining employment. Once hired, participants are hired as permanent or seasonal associates.

    Yes – As long as you have a weekly availability of 28 hours (this is NOT the hours you are expected to work, but just how many hours you are available for in total) and are available to take our workshop once a week.

    Most likely, yes! We are connected to Old Navy stores throughout the Lower Mainland. Please let us know what store you would like to work at.
