The HSBC Bank Canada National Transformation Project offers financial awards and bursaries to cover a wide range of school-related costs such as tuition, tutoring, upgrading, assessments, training, and supplies, as well as emergency funds for medical/dental, rent, and other expenses.

Program Features

Financial awards and bursaries to cover a wide range of school-related costs such as:

  • Post-secondary tuition and fees
  • Tutoring for elementary, high school, and college courses
  • High school upgrading
  • Assessments and applications
  • School supplies and equipment
  • Emergency funds (medical/dental, rent, food, etc.)

Program Details

Eligibility

  • Ages up to 25 (can be up to 29 years old in exceptional circumstances)
  • Current or prospective student
  • Current or former youth in care
  • Currently or previously on a Youth Agreement (YA) or Agreement with Young Adults (AYA)
  • Being served by a child welfare organization
  • Demonstration of financial need
